To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@Purisrar.com with your order number
  2. We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number
  3. Pack the item(s) securely with all original tags and packaging
  4. Write the RA number on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the package to the address provided by our team
